肖永正（少将）

    1904年出生于黄安县七里坪李洼村扬畈（今属河南省新县箭厂河乡）一户贫苦农民家庭。1928年参加本乡农民赤卫军，1930年参加中国工农红军在红一军一师当战士。1931年1月，红一军和红十五军在商城长竹园会合后，合编为红四军。肖永正编入第十师三十团，历任副班长、排长、司务长、营部管理员，先后参加了鄂豫皖根据地一、二、三、四次反“围剿”斗争。中华人民共和国成立后，他任华北军区后勤部财务部长，河北省军区后勤部部长，省军区副司令员兼后勤部部长。在长期的后勤工作中，为军区的给养、装备等后勤工作献计献策，竭尽全力工作。1955年9月被授予少将军衔。先后荣获中华人民共和国二级八一勋章，二级独立自由勋章，二级解放勋章和一级红星功勋荣誉章。
